In this month’s SDEC session, you’ll hear from Laura Jehl, Daniel Alvarez, and Nick Chanin, members of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, as they introduce the five new, state-level privacy laws coming into effect in 2023.

Our speakers will cover the key concepts of these laws, their implications, and what companies can and should start doing now to prepare for the new state of privacy rules in the US. In the last 15 minutes of the session, participants will have the opportunity to ask our speakers specific questions and get takeaways that will help them address any unique challenges they’re experiencing as it relates to privacy regulations. Don’t worry if there’s not enough time to address your question during the event, we will be sure to share the answer in our follow-up communication to all registrants.
